THE TANC CODE OF CONDUCT
The TANC of Code of Conduct has been created as a guideline that can be used as a basis for our commitment for being a great institution and trusted to set the good standards for the community.
1. Privacy policy and Confidentiality of Information
We are committed to building the trust of the institution, so confidentiality of Information is very important. Do not use any information about the institution and its customers for personal gain or for others. Or even publish any information that may affect the company without permission is strictly prohibited.
2.Bullying and Harassment
We treat everyone equally without discriminating sex, gender identity or expression, race, color, language, education, level of experience. And also we don't support any form in sexual harassment and bullying - physically or verbally.
3.Respect
- Respect the difference of opinions and ideas in people.
- Respect the rights of others.
- Respect the differences of different people.
- Respect the personal information and privacy of others.
4.Value
Part of being working together effectively, we must be honest towards the person working. Do not commit any form of deception or fraud in a manner that favors improper personal gain for oneself. In all cases of deception or fraud is seen or known, it must notify the authorized person immediately, not be ignored or ignored.
